Acne treatment- who would have thought that the high zinc content in Brazil nuts has been shown to protect against acne or lessen its appearance
May reduce inflammation- Brazil nuts are rich in antioxidants

Limiting your intake to 1-3 Brazil nuts per day is a good way to avoid consuming too much selenium.
